What happens at my first appointment?
For your first appointment, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Once you arrive, our staff will greet you and ask you to present your insurance card and a photo ID.
We will then give you some brief paperwork to fill out, along with our Kiosk, to review your medical history and evaluate your pain and problem areas. Once finished, we will escort you to a room where Jessica and Dr. Nash will perform an intake and exam.
Once your exam is complete, we will establish your treatment plan, and you will receive your adjustment, all in your initial visit! Sometimes, therapies will be administered as well.
How long is a typical appointment?
Approximately an hour depending on the severity of your case.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Most patients can self-refer; however, patients 13 and under sometimes may need a referral from their primary care physician.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept all Highmark/BCBS products, UPMC, Aetna/Coventry, United Healthcare, UPMC for You, and also Auto/PI & Work Comp.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Cigna, Gateway, AmeriHealth, or Aetna Better Health.
